You may return a product if:

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories

• Clearance/sale items (unless defective)

• Physical damage caused after delivery

Return Process

2. Provide order details and photos/videos of the issue

3. Return instructions or pickup will be arranged

4. After inspection, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund

5. Return Window is within 7days. (customer has up to 7 days to return product)
6. If products was bought a day before a holiday, Windows Extension For Christmas holidays is within 10 days.
