The Sigma SAFT0002-GS is a 4.2 litre air fryer that cooks with hot air instead of a pan of oil. The basket pulls straight out by the handle on the front, and a 2200 W element brings it up to temperature for chips, chicken, fish or reheated leftovers.
- Enough room for a family portion. The 4.2 litre basket takes a batch of chips or several pieces of chicken in one load.
- Set the heat to suit the food. The temperature is adjustable, so delicate fish and hard frozen chips are not stuck on the same setting.
- Cooking with little or no added oil. Hot air circulates around the basket, which is what gives the crisp finish instead of a pan of frying oil.
- It shuts the heat off if it gets too hot. Built in overheat protection guards the unit while it is running.
- Washing up is quicker. The frying rack detaches, so it goes to the sink on its own.
- Simple to set and wipe down. A touch panel with a central dial and a digital readout for temperature and minutes, on a flat black surface.
